As startups grow, priorities shift and initiatives multiply. The challenge is to give marketing, growth and go-to-market a shared direction, with teams and systems that can carry it through.
I build and lead these connected functions, combining strategy, leadership and execution. That means setting priorities, aligning people and staying close to the work, from positioning and acquisition to market expansion.
The aim is a function that learns as it operates: customer insight informs decisions, experiments sharpen the approach, and teams turn that learning into action.

AiREA is my independent AI-native marketing research and experimentation lab, informed by the realities of building and leading startup functions.
It gives me a space to investigate questions beyond day-to-day delivery: how AI can connect knowledge, workflows and decisions across marketing, growth and go-to-market.
Operational experience grounds the research. Research, experiments and working prototypes create room to question assumptions and explore new ways of working.

06 / Beyond the work
A life in motion.
Sport is a big part of who I am. It’s where I channel my intensity, build endurance and find balance alongside everything I’m building professionally.
After a decade of fencing, travel reshaped the way I train. Today, CrossFit is a constant, with regular competitions. I also ride horses, play beach volleyball and tennis, and have a solid grounding in kitesurfing. In winter, I love heading to the French Alps to ski.
I’ve spent plenty of time trekking and climbing mountains, too. My latest summit took me to 4,634 metres in Mexico.
